The new edition of the International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG) to: Corporate Governance has been published by the Global Legal Group providing cross-border insights into corporate governance law.
This guide covers common issues in corporate governance laws and regulations – including in management bodies, shareholders and other stakeholders, transparency and reporting, and corporate social responsibility – in 21 jurisdictions.
The International Comparative Legal Guides (ICLG) series of reference publications are co-created by publishers Global Legal Group (GLG) and a multinational panel of expert legal contributors who together gather, research and publish the primary cross-border legal guidance necessary for law firms, companies, governments and high-net-worth individuals to operate globally.
GSK Stockmann contributed to the guide’s publication: Dr. Philipp Mössner (Partner at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg), Anna Lindner (Local Partner at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg), Chara Papagiannidi (Counsel at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) and Maria Gusinski (Associate at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) composed the country question and answer chapter “Luxembourg“.
The chapter was originally published by the Global Legal Group and is available for download as a PDF file; the whole guide is free to access on the ICLG website.
