Maria Gusinski joined GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg as an Associate in 2021. In addition to advising clients as part of the firm’s Banking & Finance team, she has expertise in corporate, capital markets law, private equity and real estate transactions. Maria holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Exeter and has contributed to several publications on corporate governance and capital markets.
