Our private equity team assists German, Luxembourg-based and international affiliated companies with every aspect and through every phase of their transactions – structuring, term sheet negotiations, letters of intent, sales agreements, shareholders’ agreements, management participation programmes, recapitalisation, exit strategies and dispute resolution. GSK Stockmann is a member of the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA) and of Invest Europe, a European private equity and venture capital association. This means that we are able to voice our professional opinions and lend our expertise to current pieces of proposed legislation which are of importance to investors. Private Equity

We advise German, Luxembourg-based and foreign financial investors and family offices on the design and implementation of their funds. We also provide advice on investments undertaken by funds and assist with ongoing asset management.
