Anna Lindner, a Local Partner at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg, specialises in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, co-investments and corporate real estate. With a focus on private equity clients, she also provides comprehensive legal guidance on corporate finance, acquisition structuring and corporate governance matters.
