Barings Real Estate Advisers and ING Bank successfully closed the refinancing of the Vattenfall headquarter in Berlin. The refinancing for the building with a size of 18,900 sqm Chausseestraße/ Zinnowitzer Straße amounts to approx. 47 mio. Euro and has been closed in September. Barings Real Estate Advisers bought this building in Berlin-Mitte in May; the building is fully let to Vattenfall.
