Dr Manuel Fernandez is a dispute resolution lawyer and renowned expert in corporate finance, securities and financial law and capital markets regulation, and a partner at our Luxembourg office. Admitted to the bar in both France and Luxembourg, he is regarded as a trusted adviser to banks, financial institutions and corporates for complex issues and transactions, as well as for dispute resolution in the form of negotiation, litigation, arbitration and mediation.
As the author of numerous publications on the legal aspects of the Luxembourg financial sector, including securities disputes and securitisation, he is known for his in-depth expertise in banking, finance and regulatory matters.
