GSK Stockmann at the ALFI NextGen Event

GSK Stockmann is sponsor of the ALFI NextGen Event taking place on 28 April 2026 in Luxembourg.

The ALFI NextGen initiative was borne out of the need to make the Luxembourg fund industry more attractive to younger professionals and aspiring leaders. Nextgeners in Luxembourg have shown interest in participating in key developments and decision-making processes of the fund industry, underlying their will to have a more active role in the industry rather than remaining passive. ALFI wants to give these young professionals a voice by carrying out content projects, workshops and events around key topics that matter to them and have or will have an impact on the fund industry. This event offers a unique opportunity for junior fund professionals and finance students to connect, network and learn from senior industry leaders.

What to expect:

• Keynote: Why is an innovative, inclusive, and collaborative work environment so instrumental in shaping the career paths of talent?
• Round table 1: How can innovation and AI best contribute to shaping the future of NextGen talent?
• Round table 2: What can senior leadership and HR implement to facilitate and leverage NextGen talent for AI?

The Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) is the official representative body for the Luxembourg investment fund industry and was set up in November 1988 to promote its development.
