This guide provides international practitioners and in-house counsels with a comprehensive worldwide legal analysis of the laws and regulations of mergers and acquisitions.<\/p>\n
Three general chapters. These chapters are designed to provide readers with an overview of key issues affecting mergers and acquisitions, particularly from the perspective of a multi-jurisdictional transaction. Country question and answer chapters. These provide a broad overview of common issues in mergers and acquisitions in 54 jurisdictions.<\/p>\n
