Justus Jansen will be joining Oliver Gl\u00fcck as Managing Partner with effect from 1 July 2024. His appointment underlines the firm\u2019s strategic objectives to strengthen its corporate practice and continue to position GSK Stockmann as a German-Luxembourg corporate law firm with an international outlook. Justus Jansen has extensive experience working at the international level, particularly in the areas of corporate law, litigation and arbitration.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Justus Jansen is succeeding Uwe J\u00e4ger, who chose not to stand for re-election after two terms of office.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

From 1 July 2024, Berlin-based partner Katy Ritzmann will be taking over Justus Jansen\u2019s previous duties as spokesperson for the Corporate division. Katy Ritzmann\u2019s main area of practice is in the VC and PE sector and she also has extensive expertise in IP and IT law. Together with the two Managing Partners and the Management Board, she will focus on the strategic development of GSK Stockmann\u2019s corporate practice.
