Michael Kirsch has been with GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg since 2018 and is part of the Investment Funds team. Admitted to the bar in both Germany and Luxembourg, he advises domestic and international clients on investment fund and corporate law, with a particular focus on alternative investment fund issues. He also regularly contributes to publications on public investment funds.

- Advising institutional and private clients on the structuring and launch of Luxembourg investment vehicles in all asset classes
- Assisting investors with due diligence processes regarding fund products
- Particular experience with UCITS, specialised investment funds (SIFs), investment companies in risk capital (SICAR), reserved alternative investment funds (RAIFs), management companies and alternative investment fund managers (AIFMs)
