Maximilian Hangler-Garulo is Counsel at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg specialising in M&A transactions for private equity, real estate and fund structures, with a particular focus on international and Luxembourg tax law as well as European VAT law.
Clients benefit from his practical tax advice on structuring and implementing cross-border investments and transactions. He enjoys working closely with teams and stakeholders to develop solutions that are easy to implement in his clients’ operations.
