Maximilian Hangler-Garulo is Counsel at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg specialising in M&A transactions for private equity, real estate and fund structures, with a particular focus on international and Luxembourg tax law as well as European VAT law.

He enjoys working closely with teams and stakeholders to develop solutions that are easy to implement in his clients’ operations.
