Eric Babaud supports the Tax team at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg as Counsel. He specialises in international and Luxembourg tax law, corporate and transaction tax and wealth planning. Drawing on his many years of experience working as a tax lawyer in France and his work as a tax director and non-executive director for several companies in Luxembourg, he is highly experienced in providing tax advice to businesses and individuals. He has particular expertise in the tax structuring of M&A and private equity transactions as well as corporate taxation in the Luxembourg context. Eric also assists private clients in structuring their assets in accordance with Luxembourg tax regulations.
