At the renowned IFLR Europe Awards 2025 in London, GSK Stockmann has been announced winner in the category “Deal of the Year: High yield – Telecom Italia notes exchange”.
The GSK Stockmann team representing Telecom Italia (TIM) was led by Partner Valerio Scollo. Advice included the structuring of the exchange offer from a Luxembourg capital markets, corporate and tax perspective. The Telecom Italia deal was particularly complex and groundbreaking in view of the overall amount, the number of series being exchanged and the need to understand the specific requirements under English, New York, Italian and Luxembourg law.
