European corporate law firm GSK Stockmann has published its fourth sustainability report documenting its progress and initiatives in this area. The report illustrates how we as a firm take responsibility at an ecological, social and economic level in both our client relationships and in our day-to-day work processes.
A few highlights from the report:
- Diversity and equal opportunities: We actively encourage women to take up management positions through programmes such as “HER Perspective” and are a signatory of the Diversity Charter.
- Employee development: The GSK Academy offers over 90 different seminars, ranging from voice coaching to how to effectively use ChatGPT.
- Flexible working models: We have introduced a variety of new flexible working models, such as the “WorkGlobal” workation programme, as well as various part-time options – even for managerial staff.
- Civic engagement: We support social initiatives, e.g. by providing pro bono advice, organising fundraising campaigns and maintaining partnerships with universities.
- Environmental and climate protection: We use 100% green electricity at all of our German offices, increasingly opt for the train over flying for business trips and take part in innovative projects, such as a competition to reduce our carbon footprint.
Our 2024 Sustainability Report reaffirms GSK Stockmann’s commitment to playing an active role in creating a more sustainable future.
