The 19th edition of The International Comparative Legal Guide to Corporate Tax has been published. The guide provides corporate counsels and international practitioners with a comprehensive jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction guidance to the laws and regulations of corporate tax around the world.

The 2023 chapter covers common issues in corporate tax laws and regulations – including capital gain, overseas profits, real estate, anti-avoidance, BEPS and the digital economy – in 21 jurisdictions.
