The seventeenth edition of The International Comparative Legal Guide to Corporate Tax has been published. The guide provides corporate counsels and international practitioners with a comprehensive jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction guidance to the laws and regulations of corporate tax around the world.
This year, the chapter covers common issues in corporate tax laws and regulations – including capital gain, overseas profits, real estate, anti-avoidance, BEPS and the digital economy – in 22 jurisdictions.
GSK Stockmann contributed to the Guide’s publication: Mathilde Ostertag (Partner at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) and Katharina Schiffmann (Senior Associate at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) composed the country question and answer chapter Luxembourg.
The chapter is available for download as a PDF file; the whole guide is free to access on the ICLG website.
