The new edition of the Global Practice Guide – Fintech has been published by Chambers.
The Fintech 2025 guide covers close to 40 jurisdictions and provides the latest legal information on fintech markets and their regulation, including regulatory jurisdiction, sandboxes, AML rules and FATF standards; robo-advisers, online lenders and payment processors; marketplaces, exchanges and trading platforms; high-frequency and algorithmic trading; insurtech and regtech; blockchain and DeFi; and open banking.
The guide contains two sections: The “Law & Practice” section provides easily accessible information on navigating the legal system when conducting business in the jurisdiction. Leading lawyers explain local law and practice at key transactional stages and for crucial aspects of doing business. The “Trends & Developments” section gives an overview of current trends and developments in local legal markets. Leading lawyers analyse particular trends or provide a broader discussion of key developments in the jurisdiction.
GSK Stockmann contributed to the guide’s publication: Andreas Heinzmann (Partner at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg), Valerio Scollo (Partner at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) and Angela Permunian (Associate at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) composed the section “Fintech 2025 – Luxembourg: Law & Practice”.
