The new edition of the Global Practice Guide – Fintech has been published by Chambers.
The Fintech 2022 guide covers 40 jurisdictions and provides the latest legal information on sandboxes; robo-advisers; online lenders; payment processors; marketplaces, exchanges and trading platforms; high-frequency and algorithmic trading; financial research platforms; insurtech; regtech; blockchain; non-fungible tokens (NFTs); and open banking.
The guide contains two sections: The “Law & Practice” section provides easily accessible information on navigating the legal system when conducting business in the jurisdiction. Leading lawyers explain local law and practice at key transactional stages and for crucial aspects of doing business. The “Trends & Developments” section gives an overview of current trends and developments in local legal markets. Leading lawyers analyse particular trends or provide a broader discussion of key developments in the jurisdiction.
