The team of GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg, led by Dr. Philipp Mössner, advised 3VC, a European venture capital fund that invests in selected tech startups with global ambition, and MiddleGame Ventures, a fintech focused venture capital investor, in relation to their investment into fundcraft, a fintech company based in Luxembourg specialising in digital solutions for fund administration.
The extension of the series A round led by MiddleGame and 3VC raised the aggregate investment obtained by fundcraft in 2024 to EUR 11million.
