GSK Stockmann provided advice on all Luxembourg regulatory law aspects with respect to the acquisition of the portfolio management services from the MainFirst Group by LAIQON AG pertaining to multiple sub-funds of a Luxembourg investment fund which has been incorporated as an undertaking for collective investments in transferable securities pursuant to part I of the Luxembourg law relating to undertakings for collective investments (the “Fund”).
The transaction is subject to the necessary regulatory approvals, in particular by the CSSF (Luxembourg) and FINMA (Switzerland).

GSK Stockmann also assisted with drafting a comprehensive framework agreement with various companies of the MainFist Group and the LAIQON Group from a Luxembourg perspective and drafted the respective novation agreements.
