GSK Stockmann advised Andion CH4 Renewables as lead Luxembourg counsel on the migration of Andion CH4 Renewables from Canada to Luxembourg and on the first significant capital raise with current and new investors including Equitix New Generation Fund which is fully financed by an IKEA investment vehicle.
The cash proceeds together with secured debt will be used to give notice to proceed for the 70 GWh LBG greenfield plant in Eskilstuna in Sweden prior to new year 2024, a 45 GWh LGB greenfield plant called Mirandola in Italy in early January 2025, the acquisition of several brownfield plants in Italy and an accelerated project development in Sweden and Italy. The work comprised complex cross-border aspects including Luxembourg, Sweden, UK, Italy and Canada.
