GSK Stockmann will be at the conference “Cross-Border Homeworking: Navigating the Risks of Permanent Establishments” organized by the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and Women in IFA Network (WIN) – Luxembourg branches.

Remote working has become a lasting reality, creating new opportunities but also tax challenges. One key issue for companies is the risk of permanent establishments arising from cross-border homeworking. With strategic insights from the OECD and the EU, from leading professionals in international tax law, policymakers, and industry leaders, the event will explore the implications and practical solutions for managing the risk of permanent establishments in the context of cross-border homeworking.

The conference will convene experts from the OECD, the EU commission, the Luxembourg tax authorities, the private sector, academia and advisory firms to analyse the situation from both technical and practical perspectives and to explore effective strategies for managing the risks of permanent establishments associated with cross-border homeworking.

Mathilde Ostertag (Partner at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) will moderate the panel “Cross-Border Homeworking – Permanent Establishment Risk Assessment”.
