GSK Stockmann at the DCU Brexit Institute event “Rebuilding a Prosperous European Economy”
As sponsor of the DCU Brexit Institute GSK Stockmann will be at the event “Rebuilding a Prosperous European Economy” taking place on 22-24 January 2025 in Dublin.
From 22-24 January, the concluding conference of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence REBUILD and the kick-off conference for the new Jean Monnet Network PROSPER will take place – coordinated by the DCU Brexit Institute and the Dublin European Law Institute, under the leadership of Professor Federico Fabbrini. The network involves 12 academic institutions from 12 different EU Member States. On Friday, 24 January, Mairead McGuinness, the outgoing European Commissioner for Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union will give a keynote speech on her legacy and experience as a top EU official, and the future of European economic competitiveness.
Valerio Scollo (Partner at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) will be part of the concluding roundtable.
PROSPER focuses on exploring and enhancing economic resilience within the EU by identifying and promoting strategies that can strengthen economic stability and growth, particularly in the face of challenges such as globalization, climate change, and economic disparities among Member States. The Conference will involve an impressive array of speakers including leading experts in European law, political science and political economy from Italy, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Greece, Spain, Poland, Hungary, and Denmark.
